Guys Involvement
Guy Arrived in 1999 and took over the supervison of the project. The road, berm,
foundations, and towers were in place. The first antenna was 60% done. Guys work in
the project from that time through the end of antenna erection was to act as site
engineer, work planner and overall supervisor of 20-60 local craftsmen and laborers.
AS they completed the construction tuning and comissioning of the 4 100 meter wide,
65 meter tall SAVE antenna array
