From our first prayer card picture - some time in 1998, to our latest
picture in 2006.  Missionary service has certainly aged the kids!  Luckily
Chris and I remain untouched.  See the years pass slowly in this historic
set of family photos that document our adventure in the Philippines.
Christmas 2003 - Nice looking family,
and we are enjoying our new living
situation in a nice area of Quezon City.
We decided to wear our beach clothing
as its nice to visit the beach for
Christmas and we wanted to rub it in a
little
Christmas Picture 2004, No one's
favorite picture, but hey, it was the best
we could do at the time. You have to have
something to send out in the Christmas
letter.
West Family Through the Years
November , 2006
The West Families Years of Ministry
2001 Near the dock at Corrigador Island
in Manila Bay.  A favorite spot for us to
visit and stay over night.  No crowds, no
pollution, good food, sites and
air-conditioned comfort.  All the luxuries
of home to those who are not yet used to
the tropics.
Christmas Picture 2005, where is Matt?
He is living with my sister in Colorado.
As Matt spent the year remembering how
to be an American, we continued to
swelter in the tropics.  We do have our
giant 8 foot US size artificial Christmas
tree to remind us of home.
1999 - At the American Cemetary, Manila
not long after our arrival in the
Philippines. Still confident and still wet
behind the ears:)
Prayer Card Photo, November of 2002 -
great beard, except for the white spots!
Guy is getting ready for our 6-month
home assignment.  A December arrival
at moms place in Colorado would be too
big a shock without some hair on your
face.  Our Filipino friends were shocked.
BEFORE - 1998
AFTER - 2006
1998 - Atlanta Georgia, we shot our first
prayer card picture as we raised funds to
allow us to serve with FEBC Philippines.
All the adventures are in front of us and
we have NO idea.
