My technical and management career spans 21 years and much of the wireless
industry including significant work within the wireless LAN, cellular
infrastructure, and radio broadcast industry segments. With 23 patents as one
of the founders of the wireless revolution, I have followed a path with equal parts
of management and technical work. I have proven my ability to manage and
work as a member of multi-cultural teams including 7 years living and working
as an expatriate manager in the Philippines. I have adapted to working in
project management roles, engineering management roles, and in research
and development. Today I see my primary role as a coach interested in
developing subordinates technical skills as well as their character.
